Casting a lot for a few littles this early morning Casting a lot for a few littles this early morning—stunning sunrise, gentle puffs from the northeast, and some modest gains made on the fly. I still suck, but suck less than a week ago…I think. Figuring things out one cast at a time. Practice before fall bite. Feels like the payoff will come…

Uh so yeah…bit hazy this a.m. with the wildfire sm Uh so yeah…bit hazy this a.m. with the wildfire smoke hanging over MD. 😶‍🌫️ More practice on the fly. A few fish moving around but not much current. Heard dolphins have gotten stripers moving far upriver. Getting a touch better at casting clousers on intermediate line. Topwater (gurglers today) on floating line still tricky for me. Keepin at it tho 😵‍💫
