Maryland's current striped bass seasons and regs at risk! Spring "Catch & Release" season would be abolished in favor of "Catch & Kill" Trophy Season as proposed in Senate Bill 755, which was introduced this month by Sens. Muse and Hershey. IMO, crazy!
