Blue Angels Soar Over Annapolis

On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week (May 21st and 22nd), the Navy’s renowned flight demo squadron, the Blue Angels, returned to Annapolis, Maryland, for the annual United States Naval Academy Commencement Week. The aerial shows are highly anticipated and draw huge numbers of residents, boaters, and tourists to the region to capture the excitement of the roaring Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornets.

The Annapolis Harbor was full of sailboats, powerboats, fishingboats…you name it! And the visuals that folks took with their cameras and phones were incredible. Here are are few of our favorites from social media (X, Instagram) that captured the excitement!
